Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced International Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns to enhance our international presence and drive growth. This role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing strategies, a creative mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute international digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation across multiple channels including social media, email, SEO, PPC, and content marketing.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences in different regions.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, and others.
- Analyze and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
- Monitor and respond to digital marketing trends and technologies to ensure the company remains at the forefront of digital marketing practices.
- Coordinate with international sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and ensure consistency in messaging and branding.
- Manage the company’s website and ensure content is up-to-date, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Utilize analytics tools to measure, track, and report on key performance metrics, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in an international context.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, social media advertising, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Proficient in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of different cultures and international marketing trends is a plus.
- Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
